Quality & process
Five gates between field and shelf
Consistency is not a line on a pack. It is a set of decisions taken at the points where saying no costs money — and taken the same way, every lot.
The checkpoints
Every lot passes every gate
Off-spec paddy is turned away at the gate, not blended in. That single rule is what lets a household buy the same rice in March and in November.
- 01
Sourced
Paddy is bought from farms across the Tungabhadra belt of Karnataka — the same command area that has grown Sona Masoori for generations.
- 02
Graded
Incoming lots are checked for moisture and broken percentage before they are accepted. Off-spec paddy is turned away at the gate, not blended in.
- 03
Milled
Modern rubber-roll hulling and gentle polishing keep the grain intact, so the finished rice holds its shape rather than breaking down into starch.
- 04
Sortex cleaned
Optical sorting removes stones, husk, discoloured grains and foreign matter — the step that separates a premium pack from an ordinary one.
- 05
Packed
Filled and sealed on a hygienic line into moisture-resistant packs, batch-coded, and stacked for local, wholesale and export dispatch.

Gate 04
The step that makes it premium
Optical sorting inspects the grain stream and rejects what a hand-picker would miss at speed — stones, husk, discoloured and chalky grains, and foreign matter.
- Removed: Stones
- Removed: Husk
- Removed: Discoloured grains
- Removed: Foreign matter

What it adds up to
Three promises, kept at the mill
I
Consistent Quality
Every lot is graded to the same specification, so the rice a household buys in March behaves the same way in the pot as the rice they buy in November.
II
Hygienic Processing
Paddy moves through a closed, mechanised line. Fewer hands on the grain means less contamination and a cleaner pack at the far end.
III
Pure & Natural
Sortex-cleaned to remove stones, discoloured grains and foreign matter. Nothing added to the grain — the aroma is the paddy's own.
